Eastview Recreation Center
The Eastview Rec Center is the home of Saint Paul Urban Tennis! Through a partnership with the City of Saint Paul, SPUT was able to re-open this accessible community space in 2017. Through Eastview, SPUT has been able to continue growing its mission of strengthening our community.

Amenities & Rental Information
Eastview Rec Center is host to a full range of tennis programming for all ages through SPUT. In the time between lessons, our tennis courts, indoor gym, and softball fields are available for public use. Reservations are optional for a small fee to ensure your court is open when you need it. All Eastview facilities are available for hourly rental or as a location to host your summer events. Check the calender below for availability and reserve your spot by contacting the Eastview Manager, Cha Lee Yang, by sending an email to chalee@urbantennis.org.
Eastview Rec Center Amenities
Multi-Purpose Room
Our lounge area includes couches and a TV, as well as a table and chairs for studying. There is a ping pong table with paddles and balls available upon request.
Concessions
Our snack shop is open from 3:00pm to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Chips, soda, sports drinks, ice cream and more are available for cash only.
Additional Amenities
Outdoors you will find a playground with picnic tables, a half court basketball area, and horseshoe pits.
Rental Rates
Indoor Gym: $25/hour
Our gym features a basketball court with lines for volleyball, pickleball, and a 60' tennis court. (nets can be set up upon request)
Tennis Courts: $5/hour
We have 7 full sized 60' tennis courts, 1 half sized 36' tennis court and a tennis backboard.
Softball Fields: $10/hour
Our field features 2 softball fields equipped with backstops and bleachers.
Open Field: $10/hour
A few acres of open grass make the ideal location for games of football, soccer, lacrosse, or community events.
Eastview Rec Center Policies
Rental Policies
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Rentals can be made up to 7 days in advance, and payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
24-hour notice is required when cancelling a reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.
Reservations are first come, first served.
General Policies
The use of tobacco and alcohol are prohibited on the grounds of Eastview Rec Center.
Food & beverages (except water) are not allowed on the courts.
Only tennis shoes (non-marking shoes) are allowed on the courts.
Shirts must be worn at all times.
Pets are not allowed on the tennis courts.
Eastview Rec is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Open Gym: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 5pm
Community Reservations: Monday - Friday: 5pm - 8pm
