Tennis Express

Beginning to advanced beginner lessons that teach basic stroke production, scoring and strategy so that you are able to hit the courts and be successful. This class also offers intermediate drill and play for more advanced players. This class will focus on fine tuning all aspects of your game with a focus on match play and strategy. This is a great class for recreational players who want to connect with others in the area for exercise and friendly competition. If you want to improve your technique, this class is for you!

Cardio Tennis

This high energy fitness class combines tennis drills with cardiovascular exercise, delivering a full body, calorie burning workout! If you've never played tennis before, it's a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced player, it is a great addition to your training regimen. This class is for all levels.

 

Sets in the City

For adults looking for a fun way to be active and connect with other recreational tennis players in the area. Players will be matched up according to ability for doubles and/or singles play and mix and split after a designated time period. Awards given for most sets won throughout the season. Two divisions offered. Suggested NTRP 3.0 - 4.0
