2015 Adult Programs
This high energy fitness class combines tennis drills with cardiovascular exercise, delivering a full body, calorie burning workout! If you've never played tennis before, it's a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced player, it is a great addition to your training regimen.
Beginner Tennis Lessons
Learn basic stroke production, scoring and strategy so that you are able to hit the courts and be successful.
This drill is for players with NTRP rating of 3.0 and higher. Work on fine tuning all aspects of your game: strokes and strategy and how to improve your game.
Sets in the City
For adults looking for a fun way to be active and connect with other recreational tennis players in the area. Players will be matched up according to ability for doubles and/or singles play and mix and split after a designated time period. Awards given for most sets won throughout the season. Two divisions offered. Suggested NTRP 3.0 - 4.0
